The Roots & Reach Relational Insights Profile was created to address a persistent gap: the absence of a culturally grounded tool designed specifically through the lens of the Black experience. Rather than asking you to translate yourself into frameworks that were never built to hold you, this assessment begins where you are: in the fullness of your story, your values, and your relational wisdom.

Developed by Quani Lu and Roots & Reach Insights, LLC in partnership with Q & Co., The Development Group, this profile evaluates connection across five domains, romantic, platonic, familial, career, and pleasure & embodiment, not as isolated categories, but as a living, interconnected system. How we love shapes how we work, how we are raised shapes how we connect, and how we inhabit our bodies shapes everything.

The result is a Relational Insights Profile: a culturally specific portrait of how you show up in relationship right now, where your strengths live, and where healing or growth is most available to you.

This is not a personality test. It is not a diagnosis. It is a mirror, held with warmth, rooted in the Ubuntu principle that I am because we are, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
